Cancellation Notice
We understand that you sometimes need to cancel or change your appointment times. So we reserve your appointment with a credit card number. We request the courtesy of a 24-hour notice in the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so that our stylists have the opportunity to re-fill the opening. Thank you.

Returns
We would love to make sure our guests are 100% satisfied. If there is an issue the guest has 7 days from their date of service to come in for any corrections. Product charge may apply.

Product Return

Hair Care Products
Any hair care products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or full refund.

Hair Brushes
Hair brushes must be unused and in original packaging for exchange or full refund.

Electric Hair Tools
Any unopened hair dryers and flat irons are returnable for full refund. A 15% restocking fee will apply. If for any reason the tool malfunctions please bring back for exchange.

Bobbe Joy products must be unused for exchange only.
